I created Valor & Grace to support overwhelmed, burnt-out moms in reconnecting with themselves through intentional self-care, nervous system-informed coaching, and grounded emotional support. My mission is to help you rediscover who you are in motherhood, reclaim your energy and confidence, and create sustainable rhythms of calm and connection—without guilt.

Now it’s time to come home to yourself.Hi, I’m Kalie—mom of four, wellness coach, and founder of Valor & Grace Wellness.
I work with moms who feel like they’re doing everything for everyone—and wondering where they went in the process. If you’re overwhelmed, overstimulated, or running on fumes, you’re in the right place.
Like you, I’ve had seasons where I was just trying to make it through the day without falling apart. I’ve walked through trauma, caregiving burnout, and raising a child with PANDAS—a complex and often misunderstood neuroimmune condition that flipped our world upside down. I know what it’s like to advocate fiercely while feeling completely depleted.
This space was born out of that very place—the space between deep love and deep exhaustion.
My Journey (story + grounding details):
Before this chapter, I spent over 14 years in hospice and caregiving, holding space for families in their most tender moments. I’ve been a CNA, director of Support Sevices in an assisted living facility, caregiver, clinical liaison and chiropractic assistant. Supporting others has always come naturally—but learning to support myself took time, intention, and a lot of unlearning.
In motherhood, I’ve navigated the emotional and logistical weight of raising neurodivergent kids (with ADHD, anxiety, sensory needs, and chronic health conditions). Somewhere along the way, I realized I was masking my own struggles too. I was eventually diagnosed with ADHD as well as OCD, and so much of my experience finally made sense.
What I offer now is rooted in both my professional background and lived experience—and it’s designed for moms like us: the ones doing it all, and quietly burning out in the background.
When I’m Not Coaching…
You’ll find me at a sports game or practice, playing volleyball, rewarming my coffee for the third time, reading something nerdy about the nervous system, or chasing a toddler while trying to remember where I left my phone.
